September 24, 2009 afternoon, the "Great Wall of China Annals" Editorial Department signed the “Millitary”volume agreements with Liu Qing , professor of PLA Academy of Military Science.This marks stepping forward to the compilation.
At the meeting, Professor Liu Qing introduced the editorial program to the Editor Department.The core members approved the program and had a in-depth discussion on the problem existing in the program. Vice president Dong Yaohui proposed to organizing a compiling team as soon as possible after the signing so as to improve the program further.
